Hi. I’m
Elisa Schön.
I’ve worked in People & Culture for over ten years, including as a Chief People Officer, and I know organisations from the inside - ranging from start-ups to media companies.
Today, I combine this experience with systemic coaching, organisational consulting, and my studies in clinical psychology + business law.
My focus is emotional intelligence and team and organisational dynamics: how people interact, how tension emerges, and how conflict can be transformed back into room for action.
I’m known for making these tensions visible- with clarity, without escalating them, and without glossing over them.
My Motivation
Collaboration rarely fails because of ability.
It tends to fail because of relationships, unspoken expectations, and emotional patterns.
Leaders carry the tension between pressure, responsibility, and relationships.
Teams lose trust when uncertainty stays unnamed.
Organisations get stuck when emotions are treated as a “disruption.”
That’s exactly where I come in.
