About Me

Eine junge Frau mit Brille und braunen, gewellten Haaren (Elisa Schön) steht vor einer Brücke im Freien, lächelt und trägt ein schwarzes Outfit mit einer Halskette.

My work begins where relationships, dynamics and culture intersect.
That’s the space I open.

For people who are willing to look closely, and for organisations ready not only to define culture, but to shape it.

What makes my work unique

I’m interested in why people react the way they do and what it takes for movement to become possible again.

  • I make tensions visible without amplifying them.
I name what is present in the room, in a way that holds teams together rather than pulling them apart.

I stand for clarity, not harshness.
I confront when needed. Always with respect, steadiness and groundedness.

  • Emotions are not a disturbance to me, but information.
They show where something is stuck, where orientation is missing, or where a need has been ignored.
I work with them professionally, calmly and without drama.

  • I don’t look at individuals in isolation, but at patterns, roles, routines and structures. As part of a system.
What people do, always makes sense in context.
That’s why I work with the system, not the “fault” of a single person.

  • I don’t bring diagnoses or overloaded models.
I work in a way that is experiential, concrete and closely connected to people’s everyday realities.
Knowledge alone changes little, experience changes a lot.

My Vitae

I know organisations from the inside and the realities they face at different stages.
At the same time, I’m deeply interested in the human side as a central part of change and organisational success.

  • I spent my early years in Spain and Malaysia. I learned quickly what it means to navigate new cultures, new realities, constant adaptation.

At twelve, I moved to Germany, a culture shock that sparked my lifelong questions about identity and belonging.

At sixteen, I began building my own life. Today, I bring all of my personal and professional experience into my work with people and organisations.

  • I have been working in the HR field for over 10 years, with experience in organizations of varying sizes, from 30 to 1,500 employees, often in international contexts. My focus is on collaborating with tech companies that are shaped by dynamic, intercultural work environments and a strategic focus on HR and culture work.
