How can coaching help me?

In coaching, I focus primarily on the following areas:

  • Career transitions – navigating a move into a new role or industry.

  • Career planning & strategy – gaining clarity on goals, strengths and development paths.

  • Strengthening leadership skills – leading teams effectively, even in challenging times.

  • Working with stress – especially in fast-paced and reactive work environments.

  • Role clarity – finding stability during transitions such as leadership changes or restructurings.

  • Self-reflection & values – building a strong professional identity.

  • Conflict prevention – fostering constructive and respectful collaboration.

What can I expect from coaching?

Career stories are multifaceted and diverse - shaped by personal interests, family influences, unconscious expectations, and the (im)possibilities available to us.

We also fill our professional lives with who we are - our personality, our strengths, and the experiences that have shaped us.

In coaching, we create space to reflect on exactly these realities:

Which patterns do you encounter in your day-to-day work?

Which change have you wanted for a long time but haven’t yet taken on? What holds you back?

Where do you want to be in a year and what would be your first step toward that?

Coaching is a process that supports you in working on your individual concerns and moving closer, step by step, to your goals.
There is no predefined blueprint, because the path is yours to design.

As a coach, my aim is to empower you to take the pen into your own hand — to write new lines with courage, make necessary course corrections, or rediscover long-held aspirations and strengths.

FAQ

  • To be systemic means to view the world and its associated phenomena as complex systems.

In system theory, the focus is on understanding the interactions between individual elements of a system and recognizing that changes in one part of the system can have consequences for the entire system. It involves recognizing patterns, connections, and dynamics that influence the behavior and development of a system. It includes considering relationships, interactions, and environmental factors to develop holistic approaches to solutions.
